Our upcoming session will be hosted by Dr. Jeanne Lee, a board-certified internal medicine and palliative care physician and the author of Own Your Care: A Family Guide to Navigating Complex Illness, Changing Health, or Unexpected Prognosis. Dr. Lee will share her unique perspective on navigating serious illness with compassion, as well as insights from her work in the field of palliative care.
