Collaborative Grants Reporting Requirements

Final Report Guidelines: GHHS members that receive a grant must submit a final report for their project to be considered completed satisfactorily. You must submit a report to GHHS to be approved for the second half of your grant funding. Grant awardees will submit a 250-500-word summary of the project, a monetary breakdown of spending, and any resources, tools, and photos utilized during project implementation that may assist other GHHS members with replicating a similar project.

Dynamic Report Guidelines: In addition to the final report, we are requesting a dynamic report in the format of your choosing (podcast recording, Instagram live, webinar, presentation, etc.) to share with the GHHS community. Project leaders are expected to coordinate with GHHS staff to ensure that the dynamic report is executed within the 12-month period of receiving grant funding.
