Capturing your chapter members’ match information is essential to stay connected with graduates after completion of their program, support them during their transition into residency, connect them with GHHS Advisors at their residency institutions, and help them remain engaged with humanism in healthcare as they find their GHHS community in a new setting.

Please download the blank inductee spreadsheet that was emailed to the chapter advisor and identify all 2026 graduates who were inducted and included in the last 2–3 induction sheets previously submitted to GHHS. Copy and paste those graduates into the blank spreadsheet and complete all fields highlighted in yellow, including required residency match information such as the student’s alternate (personal) email address, PGY1 specialty, PGY1 hospital, and PGY1 state. It is essential that you do not alter the spreadsheet in any way—this includes not adding notes or comments and not changing the formatting—as the file is used to directly import data into the GHHS database. Once completed, please upload the updated spreadsheet using the file name “2026 Residency Match Institution Name” below.
