The Wayne McCormack Peer Nomination Survey—a cornerstone of the GHHS selection process—has been thoughtfully revised to promote greater clarity, consistency, and inclusivity across all GHHS chapters. Starting this academic year, all chapters are required to use the updated survey as the first step in their GHHS selection process. This session is designed specifically for chapter advisors to walk through the key updates, explain the rationale behind the changes, and share best practices for implementation. We’ll also review how the survey aligns with GHHS’s mission to honor humanistic values in medicine and ensure fairness in identifying potential inductees.
