GHHS Office Hours will feature a discussion theme to spark conversation while maintaining the flexibility of an open forum. This month's focus is Engaging Members Across the GHHS Journey—exploring practical ways to create meaningful experiences for members at every stage of their journey.

Whether you're looking for new ideas, seeking advice, or hoping to share what's working at your institution, this is an opportunity to connect with the GHHS national team and colleagues across the GHHS community.

Discussion topics may include:

• Engaging students during the pre-clinical years
• Creating meaningful and memorable GHHS induction ceremonies
• Developing chapter activities that encourage ongoing member participation
• Helping members highlight their GHHS experience when applying for residency
• Supporting continued involvement throughout residency and early career
• Building lasting connections with alumni and fostering lifelong engagement as health professionals
• Sharing successful chapter programs, challenges, and innovative ideas with fellow student leaders and advisors

This one-hour virtual session is intentionally informal and participant-driven. There is no formal presentation, no required preparation, and cameras are always optional.
